Terms of service

This Guarantee is applicable to all United Foam Industries branded products purchased and number of years respectively.

All Uni branded products carry its respective applicable number of years guarantee as stated in the guarantee card.

The Guarantee covers replacement or discount towards unused period or refund for the unused period prepaid (without any additional financial costs) at the company’s discretion.

The guarantee does not cover any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, neglect, accident, natural calamity or any violation of instructions for use given in this card.

Purchased product to be returned along with the guarantee card to authorized dealer from whom the purchase was made, or to United Foam Industries (Pvt) Ltd.

The Company will make efforts to attend to customer complaints within 10 days from the date of receipt of the complaint (if any).

Guarantee Terms & Conditions:(Furniture)
Unifoam inside the furniture item carries a Guarantee of 10 years for the foam under normal use, from the date of purchase of the original user.

The guarantee does not extend to any other part of the furniture which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, natural calamity, mishandling or violation of instructions for use. The Company will make efforts to attend to customer complaints within 10 days from the date of receipt of the complaint (if any).

All polyurethane foam will exhibit some physical change with normal use.

All furniture items should be treated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Avoid spillage of water on the foam.

Keep the foam away from heater.

Take care to vacuum your sofa seats weekly to avoid dust accumulation.

The Guarantee Card authenticates that the foam used inside the furniture item that you have bought is undisputed Top Quality Unifoam.
